Online purchases from this website are valid for return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Inventory shortages or other fulfillment issues may cause delays. Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of selected shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee any delivery date indicated by the carrier.
If you are unhappy or not satisfied with our product, e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and “RETURN” in the subject line and the product(s) you would like to return as well as the reason for your return. Please note that single-use products are only eligible for return if they are new or unused.
If you would like to exchange an item, let us know what your preferred replacement choice is. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Price of the original item(s) you exchange may be different from price of replacement(s).
Only the items specified in the original RMA issued by Hanwha SMT will be refunded.
Only the retail value plus tax paid by you will be refunded at the time of return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.
Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.
After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 3-7 business days for the credit to be posted back to your account.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return Policy and the Refund Policy will apply.
Hanwha SMT USA may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are canceled may include: the item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
